About The Scribe
The Scribe is a FREE arts focused newspaper specifically for Ohioans. Artists, authors, poets, writers, filmmakers, musicians, and more, can submit their works to The Scribe, and it will be freely promoted for them. Submitting content can be done over email, and all submissions must be related to the arts in some way.
What is The Mission of The Scribe?
The Scribe is a community focused publication that freely promotes emerging creative individuals and other art organizations, helping them grow their audience. The Scribe will always be a free arts newspaper that never makes money off of the artists we feature.
Can I Submit My Work to The Scribe?
Yes! The Scribe is an OPEN SUBMISSION arts newspaper. If you make art, whether it is music, movies, paintings, poetry, or more, you may email us and send in your work! As long as you were born in Ohio, or currently live in Ohio, you may submit! It will be in the next edition, and there is no cost or licensing. To get started send an email: [email protected]
How Do I Get a Copy?

What about home delivery?
As a nonprofit, we require a minimum $10 donation to have a copy mailed to your home. Your donation covers the cost of shipping and helps keep The Scribe being published. To learn more about supporting The Scribe
